In the past 2 months, we (Deepak & I) have roamed around some more places in Goa. We’ve been to Aldona, Divar Island & St. Jacinto Island. Away from the cities, the trip to Aldona & Divar Island was a treat. St. Jacinto is also a good place. It’s just that St. Jacinto is a small island and there isn’t much of roaming to do. But the view all around is great. We just went to the lighthouse on the top of the island.
The photos below were taken from the lighthouse on top of the St. Jacinto Island. We were sitting in the lighthouse and listening to the breeze whistling through the palm trees, accompanied by the sound of waves crashing on the rocks far below. It looked like it would start pouring any time, but it didn't. We stayed there till 7pm.

As usual, with no particular plan in mind, we just set out...
We went to Divar Island & returned in the evening.
This Church is behind the Archeological Museum. Had never been here before.

Just as the ferry was leaving with us onboard, I saw these three tourists. The scene was funny: The lady taking a photo of the board (which is not funny!), the guy squatting to take a photo of the ferry leaving and the dog stretching itself at that very moment :-)
Okay, fine! Maybe it's not that funny after all.

We set out with 20 packets of candles and stopped at most Crosses/Chapels/Churches. This trip was planned only to go to these particular places where we intended to light candles. But we ended up going to Aldona. Rode all the way in the rains.
Started off with the first Cross near our house. Didn't go to the Chicalim Church though!
